About the Role: As an Optical Assistant, youll be the first point of contact for customers. Youll assist with frame selection, manage bookings, support optometrists, and help ensure the smooth running of the store. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist patients with frame and lens choices Pre-screen patients ahead of eye tests Manage appointment bookings and handle queries Provide excellent customer service in-store Support the optical team with day-to-day operations What We're Looking For: Previous experience in retail or customer service (optical experience is a plus!)
