Admin Supervisor - Bestway Swansea We currently have an opportunity for a Admin Supervisor to join the team at our Swansea branch: Camffrwyd Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, Swansea, SA6 8QD Branch Information: https://www.bestwaywholesale.co.uk/depots/Bestway-Swansea As the Administration Supervisor, you will be assisting the Non-Trading Team Leader in managing their responsibilities of depot operations, in particular admin roles, health and safety and local buying. You will also support the branch in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives. Key responsibilities include:- Ensure all administration processes within the depot are carried out efficiently, effectively and in accordance with guidelines and procedures Assist in monitoring Health and Safety compliance Maintain ordering diary Work on negative stocks/gaps Assist in the implementation of promotions Work on availability Meet customer satisfaction targets and scores We’re looking for someone with; Able to deliver excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent listening skills Good knowledge of company systems and procedures Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety policy and procedures Highly organised and display planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks Good data analysis skills Good problem-solving skills In return for your hard work and commitment we offer free parking, a competitive salary, 30 days holiday (inclusive of statutory holidays) and company pension.
