Salary: £38,626-£47,754 (dependent upon experience)
Additional: £15,000 retention payment over 2 years

Who we’re looking for
We are seeking qualified or soon-to-be-qualified children’s social workers. You will manage a varied caseload, working with children and families to ensure their safety and happiness in the long term. Opportunities to facilitate family permanence—whether through closure, stepping down to Early Help, adoption, or transferring to the Looked After Children team—are available. You will thrive in an environment of mutual support, respect, and best practice encouragement.
