Valenti Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, forward-thinking business in the beauty industry, who are renowned for delivering high-quality products across the UK and beyond. Due to continued growth and internal investment in logistics operations, we are now seeking a proactive and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic supply chain team.
This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in ensuring products move smoothly from origin to customer, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
The Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s supply chain operations—overseeing product flow, managing transport and inventory, and collaborating with key departments to ensure seamless service delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with logistics or freight experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling multiple moving parts.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
* Coordinate with suppliers, transport partners, and warehouses
* Maintain accurate stock records and control audits
* Liaise daily with internal teams including marketing, data, and warehouse to ensure accuracy of orders and deliveries
* Troubleshoot and resolve delivery or order issues
* Improve and implement logistics procedures and projects to drive efficiency
* Monitor service level performance and report through Power BI dashboards
* Raise purchase orders and maintain order books and catalogue data
* Ensure all logistics activities remain compliant with regulations and internal standards
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or a similar role
* Strong understanding of ERP or logistics management software
* Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
* Confident analysing data and identifying areas for improvement
* Working knowledge of Power BI would be highly advantageous
* A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to learn new systems
* DG (Dangerous Goods) training a bonus, but can be provided
