JOB TITLE – Teaching Assistant
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a school in Brecon.
The school is a popular mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team. The school is going from strength to strength and providing training to all staff.
Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
1. Location – Brecon
2. Type of work – Teaching Assistant – Assisting the teacher – helping prepare lessons.
3. Position – Teaching Assistant
4. Contract or position start date – ASAP START
5. Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) – Temporary Contract
6. Full time/part time – Full time
7. Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £95 per day
8. Hours – 8:30 am – 15:30 Mon – Fri (term time only)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
9. Hold Right to Work in the UK
10. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
11. Hold EWC membership (Education Workforce Council) or be willing to process a new application
12. Provide two professional child related references
