We"re looking for a proactive, customer-focused IT Technician to support our staff and students across multiple academy sites in West London. This hands-on role is primarily based at Ormiston Bridge Academy, but flexibility to travel between our London academies is essential. As an IT Technician, you"ll be a key part of our on-site technical support team delivering high-quality first-line and some second-line support, while also getting involved in exciting developments as part of our cloud-first transformation programme. You will play a vital role in:
Responsibilities
* Providing responsive, approachable support to staff and students
* Building strong, trusted relationships across each academy
* Supporting the delivery and management of cloud-first initiatives
* Offering technical guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
* Working with senior staff to ensure technology empowers teaching, learning, and the wider school community
* Experienced in providing IT support in a workplace environment
* Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, mobiles)
* Confident using Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory
* Able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
