No two calls are the same - some clients are ready to go right now, others are just exploring ideas, and you'll guide each one through the journey with confidence and personality. What You'll Be Doing
* Handling 30-40 inbound and outbound calls a day
* Adapting your approach depending on where each enquiry is in their onboarding journey
* Sending follow-up information packs and support materials
* Delivering upbeat, confident, brilliant customer service
* Working with a big, vibrant team who genuinely enjoy what they do
