Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage team performance, ensuring quality care delivery.
* Create, review, and implement individualised care plans.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of children and young people aged 8–17 with complex needs.
* Foster positive relationships with residents, promoting emotional and social development.
* Organise and facilitate daytime activities that support therapeutic engagement.

Candidate Requirements
* Valid UK driver’s licence
* Proven experience in children’s residential care or a related setting
* Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role
* Strong understanding of residential care operations and safeguarding responsibilities

* Ability to support both young people and staff in a therapeutic environment
