About the Role
Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Live‑in Healthcare Support Worker to support a lady with bariatric care needs and a spinal injury in her own home in Denmead.
The client also has neurological bowel needs and requires a hoist for all transfers and safe repositioning. She is very independent and values carers who actively protect her choice, dignity, and control at all times.
This role would suit a calm, respectful, and capable carer who supports independence and works collaboratively with the client.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing safe, dignified personal care
* Hoisting for all transfers and safe repositioning
* Supporting neurological bowel management (full training provided)
* Promoting independence and respecting choice and control
* Supporting safe access to the kitchen
* Encouraging and enabling participation in meal preparation where appropriate
* Building a positive, consistent, and trusting working relationship

* Live‑in role
* 1 week on / 1 week off

Pay
* £1,400 per week

Requirements
* Driver essential
* Previous experience in a care or support role preferred
* Experience with bariatric care, spinal injury, or complex needs advantageous
* Confident using hoisting equipment (training provided)
* Respectful, patient, and person‑centred approach
