Job Purpose:
Successfully handle the responsibilities of Development, EPC, and Operation.
Key Accountability Areas - Development, EPC, and Operation:
1. Lead the development for all the infrastructure projects of AGD across jurisdictions.
2. Direct in-house and external EPC of Alfanar the IPP and IWP projects.
3. Oversee operation and asset management of assets developed and built by AGD.
4. Integration and management of finance, legal, planning, and other support services under project umbrella organizational structures.
5. Oversee the implementation of organic and non-organic corporate growth in close coordination with Growth and Strategy department.
6. Accountable for the P&L relating to the operations of AGD.
7. Develop and maintain policies and procedures at corporate and project levels.
8. Secured 1 GW of greenfield projects with interconnection and lands among Solar PV, Wind, EfW, CSP, Hybrid, and green Hydrogen technologies in Spain and the UK.

Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.
