Responsibilities: Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, payroll management and supplier management. Monitor and reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Perform routine financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures. Support the finance team in financial audits and compliance activities. Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and provide support for financial inquiries.
