Your tasks:
* Recruiting singers, actors and orchestras
* Researching and purchasing costumes & props
* Coordinating logistics on tour
* Ad hoc administrative and assistant tasks for talent department
Your requirements:
* Adaptable and pro-active
* Great communication skills
* Willingness to go on tour, when needed
* High level of English
* Experience in live entertainment talent management for orchestras
* A solution-oriented mentality, your world of thought is not shaped by problems, but by the desire for solutions and improvements
* Able to work structured and send detailed reports
