This provider is well renowned in the sector, providing luxury services to its residents. This home will have state of the art facilities, which include a Wellness Suite, Gym, Cinema and Café. Reinforcing their commitment to giving their residents the lifestyle they deserve.
Candidate
The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes ideally with Commissioning experience, consistently good or above CQC reports, with an excellent business acumen with a proven history of managing homes within the sector. Due to the reputation of the provider, your ability to increase the profitability of the service whilst not jeopardizing the candour of care you have to its residents, will be paramount.
