We are looking for a new Store Manager to join our store in Sherborne. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Operations Team in a respected, growing and fast paced business.
About the role
Reporting to the Area Manager, our Store Managers are at the heart of delivering the very best customer experience through amazing people, excellent coffee and brilliant business management/controls.
What you'll be doing
As a Store Manager you will take ownership of your own store, providing great customer service and the best standards of coffee and food. You will pride yourself on keeping your customers happy through fantastic service, whilst growing and developing your own team.
People
* Recruit and retain a strong team. Manage applications through our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and provide each candidate the very best recruitment experience.
* Train, motivate and develop your team. Recognise and develop talent and encourage career progression.
Customers
* Ensure every visit leaves a lasting impression by putting the customers at the centre of everything you do.
* Ensure a clean and organised store that enhances customer experience and drives sales.
* Promote the Caffè Nero App to our customers and support your team achieving the Customer Satisfaction score on our ‘Nero 90’ incentive.
Coffee
* Lead your team so that, through great training, quality ingredients and exceptional service, every customer is served their perfect coffee, every day.
* Ensure all equipment is regularly cleaned and maintained to support high standards and smooth operations.
Business
* From open to close you lead your team to deliver exceptional operational standards, never missing an opportunity to drive profitable sales.
* Achieve operational profitability through strategic cost control and exceptional service.

* You’ll have experience as a leader, ideally within the hospitality or retail sector.
* You will have good commerciality, helping guide your team to perform.
* You will be customer focused, consistently delivering excellent coffee standards and ensuring a comfortable and warm atmosphere in your store.
* You’ll need resilience and a positive mindset, setting a great example for your team to follow.
* You’ll have brilliant communication and organisation skills – you’ll be proactive and professional.
* You will be able to demonstrate an adaptability to change and refocus priorities when required.

* Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £5,500 per annum (dependant on role and store).
