Identity Services Support Engineer
What You’ll Be Doing
* Operate and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) in a live production environment
* Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes
* Support access requests, approvals, provisioning, and certifications
* Monitor platform health, performance, and integrations
* Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
* Configure and maintain SailPoint connectors (AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, JDBC)
* Onboard applications into IAM governance processes
Essential Skills / Experience
* Hands‑on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience
* Experience supporting IAM/IGA platforms in production
* Strong understanding of Identity lifecycle (JML)
* RBAC and least privilege
* Access reviews & certifications
* Experience troubleshooting provisioning, workflows, and integrations
* Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP
* Experience with REST APIs and integrations
* Working knowledge of ITIL processes
