We're seeking a driven and results-focused sales professional to take ownership of a key territory and drive growth across a portfolio of industry-leading ware washing, food preparation, and cooking equipment.

As Area Sales Manager, you'll work closely with a strong network of regional dealers, focus partners, and key clients to maximise sales, develop new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer value.


Job Description

* Proactively seeking and securing new business to achieve annual growth targets
* Building a deep understanding of our product portfolio and marketplace trends
* Partnering with dealers and focus partners to generate and convert quality leads
* Developing tailored proposals and managing small to medium-sized equipment projects
* Providing end-to-end support including product training and technical guidance
* Maintaining a structured approach to territory management and customer engagement

We're looking for someone who has a solid background in B2B equipment sales (preferably within catering or similar industries), is a strong communicator and relationship builder at all levels, can identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close sales confidently. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially astute, with a growth mindset and a passion for delivering value to customers.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the catering or equipment solutions sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Ability to identify opportunities and close sales confidently
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially astute
* Growth mindset and passion for delivering value to customers
