Branch Manager - Education Recruitment - Hybrid - £55,000 to £75,000 + Bonus

RecSeekers are working on behalf of a well established and highly profitable UK Education recruitment agency who are now hiring a Branch Manager to lead and scale one of their key offices.
This is a genuine leadership role for someone who already knows how to bill in education recruitment and is ready to step into something bigger. More responsibility, more influence, and the opportunity to shape a team and office environment that performs at a high level.
The business itself is well backed, financially stable, and built properly. Strong compliance, solid systems, and an established reputation in the schools and MAT market means you are not starting from scratch. Instead you are stepping into an office with momentum, existing client relationships, and the platform to grow something meaningful.
The opportunity
This role is for an experienced Education recruiter who is ready to take ownership of an office and lead from the front.
You will still remain commercially involved and close to billing, but your focus will also shift towards building a high performing team around you. Supporting consultants, driving standards, and ensuring the branch consistently hits strong weekly and monthly numbers.
You will have the freedom to run the office properly, build a culture that works, and recruit additional consultants where growth allows. The leadership team want someone who takes pride in performance, standards, and building a reputation in their local market.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading and developing a team of Education recruitment consultants
* Driving revenue performance across temp, contract and perm desks
* Maintaining and expanding relationships with schools, trusts and MATs
* Supporting consultants with strategy, business development and delivery
* Running weekly performance reviews and setting clear activity targets
* Hiring, mentoring and developing new consultants as the team grows
* Maintaining strong standards across compliance, service and delivery
* Remaining commercially involved with key accounts and high value clients
* Building a high performing branch with long term growth

* Experience managing or mentoring consultants within a team environment
* A consistent billing track record and strong commercial awareness
* Confidence with business development and client relationship management
* Someone who leads from the front and sets the pace for the office
