Director, Proposal & Bid Management - About the role The Director, Proposal & Bid Management will lead Strada’s global bid and proposal function, delivering strategic, compliant, and compelling submissions that drive competitive wins. This role will centralize content and governance, embed win strategies, and leverage insights from post-mortem and win/loss analysis to continuously improve performance. Lead qualification processes to prioritize high-value opportunities. Centralize content management and enforce governance for accuracy and compliance. Partner with internal stakeholders to craft compelling narratives that align with customer needs and business strategy. Manage and optimize proposal tools (e.g., Loopio) for efficiency and collaboration. Lead a high-performing global proposal team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Drive win/loss analysis and apply insights to strengthen future bids. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10 years’ experience in proposal management, bid strategy, or sales operations, including 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of winning strategic, high-value bids in a global environment. Strong writing, storytelling, and competitive positioning skills. Experience with proposal automation tools and CRM/Sales systems. Ability to influence cross-functional teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven situations.
