Robertson Bell are supporting this client to recruit an Interim Finance Assistant in Manchester on a Hybrid basis, for an intital three-month contract with potential to be extended longer.
The Interim Finance Assistant’s duties will include:
* Processing and posting cash – allocating into the accounts.
* Coding and matching invoices to purchase orders.
* Raising and inputting invoices, amending incorrect information, and chasing for approval.
* Supporting on the processing of timesheets for payroll - entering data into the system.
The successful Interim Finance Assistant will have:
* Experience working in a similar role or having recently completed an Accounting and Finance qualification.
* Experience using Excel with the ability to use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and basic formulas.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
