Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Manager within Emergency Care and Trauma Division based between University Hospital Ayr and University Hospital Crosshouse.
Hours and Pattern
37 hours per week
This post is offered on a permanent basis.
What you will do
The post holder will provide clinical, professional and managerial leadership within Clinical Operations Management, Discharge Lounges, and Home First Teams in both University Hospital Ayr and University Hospital Crosshouse as well as the Active ward within UHA.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will inspire, motivate and empower their nurses and wider health care teams to provide and continuously improve the delivery of safe, effective and person centred care for our patients and families. The post holder must be a registered nurse with significant experience in a recognized leadership position. You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills and importantly have a desire to develop and improve service.
