To fulfil this role, you'll have a good standard of education including Maths and English.
Responsibilities
* You will be the customers' first point of contact; having an excellent telephone manner is essential along with the ability to quickly build rapport with the customers.
* Good organisational skills are required to enable you to prioritise work to meet the customer's needs, working to tight deadlines when needed.
* Having a common sense and flexible approach to work, you will manage your workload & be able to work on several different contracts as the need arises.
* Proven experience of managing a varied workload, high levels of accuracy & prioritising tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail is essential.
