We’re looking for a commercially sharp, insight-driven Senior Revenue Performance Manager to help shape the future of our £1bn+ revenue business.
In this high-impact role, you’ll spot trends before they happen, analysing customer behaviour, sales performance, and market dynamics to unlock new revenue opportunities across routes and services. You’ll work closely with the Head of Revenue Trading and partner across Commercial teams to turn insight into action.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the charge on revenue performance—your insights will drive real decisions
* Identify growth opportunities from demand, capacity, and market trends
* Own forecasting across routes, days, and classes
* Turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies
* Continuously improve how we do revenue management
* Collaborate across teams to maximise marketing and commercial impact
