A friendly, fast-growing company in Bury is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their supportive, collaborative team.
What you’ll do:
Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Process account changes and contracts accurately
Maintain records and ensure data accuracy
Liaise professionally with clients and third parties
Identify opportunities to improve processes
What we’re looking for:
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent organisational and IT skills (MS Office, Excel)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with a flexible approach
Nice-to-have:
