Description
We are currently seeking an After Sales Specialist who will report to the Regional After Sales Associate Manager based out in Bridgewater, NJ Offices.
Your opportunity
Supporting the NAM Region with aftersales activities by coordinating repairs, warranty and commercial returns flows working along with Logistics, Customer Service and Sales Support on delivering the correct level of service to our customers, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
How you will contribute
1. Guarantee the correct, accurate and smooth execution of repairs, warranty and commercial returns
2. Ensure aftersales-related KPIs are met
3. Monitor aftersales-related open order portfolios
4. Manage aftersales-related claims through CRM ticketing system
5. Analyze warranty claims and provide recommendations for improvement
6. Guarantee quality standards defined by Headquarter Quality Department
7. Support internal and external customers with any technical eyewear inquiry
8. Implement new processes in accordance with the After Sales Department
9. Propose process improvement aimed to increase efficiency and service level to the customers
Who you are
10. 3-5 years of experience in the after sales department, preferably of an optical eyewear organization
11. Proven knowledge of the optical eyewear product (small repairs, frames adjustment, disassembling, substitutions of parts)
12. Knowledge of Customer Service processes and order-to-cash flows
13. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong emphasis on Excel
14. Working knowledge of SAP suite system of advantage (ERP, BO)
15. Fluent in English (verbal and written), French would be a plus
16. Passionate team player with a proactive orientation to results
17. Strong written and verbal communication

20. Capable of working under pressure
21. Ability to prioritize work effectively
