Acorn Vets, a well-established small animal practice in Hove, is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner
Managing reception duties such as phone calls, appointment bookings, and general inquiries
Processing pet health club memberships
Keeping client records accurate and up-to-date
Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks
Remaining calm and compassionate in high-pressure or emotional situations
Working hours
This is a part time role, requiring two 8-hour shifts a week with a commitment to 1:4 Saturday mornings (with time owed in lieu).
