Working hours
The working hours are 11pm-11am with a 48% shift premium on top of your base salary.

Main Responsibilities
* Set up and operate high-speed packaging lines, ensuring good product quality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or processes, taking action to minimise downtime.
* Monitor product quality and adjust as needed to meet required standards.
* Ensure all machinery is properly maintained and serviced regularly.
* Collaborate with other operators and technicians to optimise line performance and address challenges.
* Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment on the shop floor.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting improvements to increase efficiency or reduce waste.
* Comply with all relevant regulations and procedures related to food safety and hygiene.
* Work effectively within a team environment, contributing to overall operational success.
About You
* Previous experience operating high-speed packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of GMP and Food Safety regulations.
* Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for packaging equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high product quality.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
* Excellent communication skills to share information and coordinate activities with colleagues.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
* Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a safe work culture.
* Basic knowledge of computer systems and ability to use relevant software.
Salary Information
Salary range: £22,400.00 - £33,600.00 GBP Annual
