Role: Supply Teacher (PPA cover)
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Start Date: April 2026/ASAP
Contract: Flexible temporary role (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Salary: £32,916-£45,351 pro rata per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
About the role
We’re looking for confident, capable Primary Supply Teachers to cover PPA sessions in the afternoons across EYFS to KS2. Professionals who can walk into any classroom, bring calm, clear expectations, and positive energy from the very first hello.
You’ll thrive in this role if you can:
* Adapt quickly and feel confident in new classroom environments
* Build strong relationships with pupils straight away
* Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and a steady, positive presence
* Deliver existing plans effectively while adding your own spark
Whether you specialise in Early Years or Key Stage 1 and 2, your flexibility, professionalism, and classroom confidence will make a real impact every day, helping schools maintain high-quality learning for all pupils.

As a Heart of Supply Teacher, you’ll be part of a growing team that’s making a real difference in the classroom, gaining valuable experience across diverse primary school settings.
What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Recent experience teaching (minimum of 6 weeks in a UK school)
* Confidence delivering engaging lessons that are age-appropriate and accessible
* Strong classroom presence and adaptable behaviour management strategies
* Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly
* A flexible, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
