This role is within the Quality Assurance team at Health & Social Care Headquarters, recruiting Senior Officers to support quality assurance and governance activities in the social care sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the social work procurement journey and ongoing contract monitoring of commissioned services.
* Provide internal governance and assurance, ensuring robust contracting procedures are in place to support sector stability and sustainability.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with legislation, national and local plans, policies and strategies.
* Contribute to the development of Social Work strategic service plans and manage compliance of service delivery, working with a range of key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Qualifications
* Professional qualification at degree level.
* Substantial post‑qualifying experience working at a senior level within a quality assurance related role.
Salary
£50,699 - £56,329 (NLC12)
