We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Internal Sales Support professional to join our team in Hereford. This role is pivotal in supporting our external field sales team, ensuring seamless communication, efficient sales processes, and excellent customer engagement. You'll be the backbone of our sales operations, helping drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Email Management: Monitor and manage incoming emails for the field sales team, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
* Quotation Preparation: Create accurate and professional quotations based on client requirements and sales team input.
* Product Pricing: Source and verify product pricing from suppliers and internal systems to support quotations and proposals.
* Client Communication: Proactively contact existing clients to maintain relationships, provide updates, and identify new opportunities.
* Lead Generation: Call new businesses to identify key contacts and introduce our company and services.
* Sales Coordination: Liaise with the field sales team to ensure alignment on client needs, priorities, and follow-up actions.
* CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
