Full Time Position: Operations Manager
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Responsibilities in this role are:
• Management of group compliance and audit checks, in conjunction with Lettings Operations Director
• Management of recruitment and HR processes and protocols
• Managing Health & Safety policies and protocols
• New joiner inductions and onboarding
• Management of company hardware, in conjunction with IT supplier
• Procurement and managing relationships with suppliers ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Management of intruder and fire alarms where required
• Compilation of company statistics as required
