Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator looking to join a dynamic Property & Asset Management company in North London?

EC Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Property Management Administrator who thrives in delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a Customer Service and Administration background looking to get into the property industry.

You will be working within a residential block management portfolio, assisting Property Managers with day-to-day operations and providing frontline support to leaseholders and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for tenant and leaseholder queries, providing excellent customer service.
• Support Property Managers by handling correspondence, organising workloads, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and processing incoming/outgoing mail.
• Assist with service charge demands and document management.

Key Requirements:

• Strong time management, prioritisation, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in mail merging.
• Knowledge of Qube (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
