KS3 & KS4 Cover Supervisor

Salary: £95 - £130

A community school with a broad curriculum, strong personal development provision, and a dedicated Autism Resourced Provision is seeking a passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join their team!
This opportunity is ideal for educator’s who want to gain valuable classroom experience or are considering a future in teaching!
The Role
You will be responsible for supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues productively. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a focused and effective learning environment. This role may also require providing additional support to students with special educational needs.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with secondary aged students
* SEN experience / ability to support additional needs
* Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
* Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
Working Hours / Benefits
