The post is to lead the Digital Support and Engagement Team, which provides high-quality digital support to colleagues across the Trust.
You will work within the Digital Transformation team, taking on managerial responsibilities for the team, managing digital projects, leading reporting efforts, and overseeing Digital Literacy within the Trust.
Responsibilities include overseeing all activities of the Digital Support & Engagement Team to ensure alignment with the organisation's Digital Strategy, automating and integrating processes, and ensuring all materials related to Digital and Business Applications are up-to-date and accessible.
You will champion digital development, focusing on new technologies and assisting colleagues in making the most of application offers. Collaboration with the Head of Digital Transformation is essential to deliver the Digital Strategy through relevant projects and change programmes.
This role involves managing support for staff regarding complex Digital and IT systems, ensuring communication is tailored to the receiver’s level of understanding, in conjunction with the Digital Literacy programme.
