1. Build a professional working relationship with clients and TP ICAP employees
2. Meet key targets as agreed with management
3. Maintain accurate manual task records
4. Recommend and implement improvements to the systems, processes and procedures
5. Comply with policies, guidelines and controls and monitor and report any breaches
6. Meet audit requirements & deadlines
7. Work with IT to ensure new business is integrated into AR and to ensure AR development requirements are met
8. Assist AR team with manual ad hoc tasks where required
9. Identify and remedy static data issues

10. Experience in a finance or operations environment
11. Skilled in the use of Excel and reporting packages
12. Experience of processing in a controls environment and evidence of controls process improvement
13. Strong data and analytical skills
