* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and leaders.
* Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and personalised learning pathways.
* Inspire confidence, resilience, and achievement in every learner.
About You
* Holds QTS/QTLS with specialism in English.
* Has experience teaching learners with SEN/SEMH needs (desirable but not essential).
* Brings creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach to teaching.
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
* Has strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
