Business Development Manager
Bridgend (Hybrid) - 5 days onsite whilst training.
Up to £40,000 + Commission
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join an IT Solutions company based in Bridgend, working on a hybrid basis (once training is completed). This is a pure new business role, focused on identifying opportunities, winning new clients, and driving revenue growth.
You'll be responsible for bringing in new business and building a strong pipeline, before handing accounts over to the Account Management team for ongoing support.
Key responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and networking
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing
• Build relationships with prospective B2B clients and key decision makers
• Identify client needs and present tailored IT solutions
• Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure smooth client handover
What we're looking for:
• 2+ years experience in B2B sales / business development
• Ideally experience in the technology or IT services space (not essential)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident, proactive and commercially driven approach
• Creative in generating new opportunities and developing leads
