Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow projects and programmes within the Customer Delivery organisation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery Innovation, you will play a critical role in replacing legacy tooling (, ePPM), embedding Agile delivery practices, and enabling data-driven decision-making through enhanced visibility of delivery performance.
Core accountabilities include:
1. Lead the configuration, rollout, and optimisation of ServiceNow for project and programme management across Customer Delivery
2. Collaborate with internal teams to transition from legacy systems (, ePPM) to ServiceNow, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value
3. Define and manage the ServiceNow delivery roadmap, aligning with strategic priorities and transformation goals
4. Build common taxonomy to enable observability from customer enquiry to delivery completion
5. Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks within ServiceNow to provide real-time visibility of spend, utilisation, bench, and function KPIs
6. Act as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related queries and support within Customer Delivery
7. Deliver training and onboarding sessions to ensure effective use of ServiceNow across teams
Who you are
8. Experienced in project delivery, transformation or tooling implementation roles
9. Experienced with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
10. Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders
11. Highly analytical with strong data visualisation skills; able to translate insights into action
12. Ideally someone with a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, especially in project and programme management modules
