* Utilise your expertise to assess planimplement and evaluate patient careplans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsto ensure comprehensive and personcentredtreatment.

Requirements:
* Possesstakecharge skills demonstrating leadership qualities and theability to initiate action when necessary.
* Holda valid Bild certification in PMVA (Preventing and ManagingViolence and Aggression) and Breakawaytraining.
* Registered as a Mental Health Nurse(RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
* Right to work inthe UK.
* Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to establish effective relationships withpatients colleagues and otherstakeholders.
