Job Type: Permanent, full-time or part-time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 4.5 days. Evenings until 6pm, 1 in 5 weekends with Monday off, 1 night/week on call (support available if needed).

Your role and responsibilities
Your role will be varied with an interesting caseload; no two days are the same. There is room for special interests, which will be encouraged and supported. You will have opportunities to pursue individual specializations. We have a strong rapport with our clients, many of whom have been with us for years.

About us
Hawick Veterinary Practice is a well-established mixed practice in the Scottish Borders, committed to modernisation and high-quality care. We are RCVS accredited, have recently attained ISFM Gold, and hold a Bronze iiE Sustainability award.
Our purpose-built, RCVS-accredited practice offers excellent care for small animals, farm animals, and equines. We are part of Linnaeus since 2018. Our facilities include advanced monitoring, ultrasound, x-ray, dental x-ray, among others.
We support our staff's mental and physical health through various programs and employee support services.
