Role Description
This is a full-time role for a HubSpot Specialist at RevM. The specialist will be responsible for helping deliver new HubSpot implementations for our clients or optimise existing HubSpot portals for our clients.
It's a fast-paced environment which requires flexibility, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. You will work closely with other team members to implement the solutions the client needs according to best practices in the HubSpot platform.
In this role, you'll thrive on client engagements and helping turn challenges into solutions by configuring HubSpot.
To succeed in the role, you'll need to translate the needs of our clients' Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Service teams into solutions by configuring the HubSpot platform. A key part of this role is the ability to understand a client's business and deliver a solution, strategically delivering to the client's needs.
Although training is provided, you will need to hit the ground running as an EXPERIENCED HubSpot SuperAdmin, either in a technical role or super user capacity.
Training and educating clients on the developed HubSpot solution and best practices will also be core to the role.
The role is remote from within the UK, as occasional travel to and from the office and client offices may be required.

* MUST HAVE solid functional understanding and experience of the HubSpot platform

* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed
* Ability to balance sharp focus on measurable outcomes with deep and genuine empathy for people, customers, and the business
* Enthusiasm, a sense of humour, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued
