£30,000 per annum + commission (OTE discussed at interview)
Full-Time
Working Hours
* Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
* Every alternate Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
* A day off in lieu provided for each Saturday worked
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to lead our busy estate agency team in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, generating new business, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
* Overseeing sales progression from instruction to completion
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards
* Contributing to marketing strategies and local brand presence
Requirements
* Previous experience in estate agency sales (essential)
* Experience in a senior negotiator, valuer, or management role preferred
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
