What You’ll Be DoingAs a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll be responsible for:Leading and motivating a team of Support WorkersOverseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with care standardsSupporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needsManaging rotas, documentation, and liaising with families and professionalsPromoting independence, dignity, and choice in every aspect of care
