The Miles Group is one of New Zealand’s largest and leading motor vehicle dealerships, representing 15 automotive marques at physical locations across the country.
We're looking for an IT Technical Support Person to help maintain our current infrastructure, provide service desk support to the end users and help ensure our group's IT operations run seamlessly. You will be joining a small IT team, with a varied and interesting workload.
Responsibilities:
* Technical support for internal IT systems
* Break Fix, Adds and Changes
* Planning, maintenance and deployment of hardware and software
* Project work as directed by our IT Manager
* Rollouts of PCs, hardware upgrades
* Remote support and configuration
Experience and Skills Required:
* Microsoft Windows 10 & 11
* Active Directory administration
* PC hardware experience
* TCP/IP Networking
* Switches, routers and wireless technologies – FortiGate desirable
* Office 365
* A full driver’s licence is required
* Minimum of 2 years’ IT experience
As well as these technical skills, you will need to have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
