What you will be working on:
You will work as part of a team on various transformation and operational projects, such as Medical Affairs functional setup, strategy, evidence generation planning, study planning, integrative customer strategies, and AI integration into Medical Affairs workflows. Your specific role will depend on your experience, preferences, and project demands.
What we are looking for
Senior Consultants
* Extensive experience and a solid track record across medical affairs, including strategy, evidence generation, scientific communications, and external engagement strategies.
* Proven success leading transformations in complex organizations.
* Ability to manage interactions with C-suite executives and GMs.
* Skilled at transforming ambiguity into workable solutions and executing in an agile manner.
* Committed to staying at the forefront of medical affairs through research and original thought.
Junior Consultants
* At least two years of medical affairs experience with significant achievements impacting patient care or organizational goals.
* Curious mindset, eager to challenge the status quo.
* Ability to manage organizational dynamics during project execution.
* Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and project manage with attention to detail.
* Capable of turning ambiguity into actionable solutions for clients.
* Experience with proprietary AI platforms and understanding how AI can enhance project delivery.
All Consultants
* Focused on delivery and a self-starter attitude.
* Innovation-oriented.
* Understanding of how Medical Affairs adds value throughout the drug development cycle.
* Resilient and tenacious with an optimistic yet realistic outlook.
* Curious and collaborative team player.
* Ability to analyze opportunities and manage risks quickly.
* Effective communicator at all organizational levels.
* Comfortable working with AI products and understanding AI's role in project enhancement.
* Ability to deliver sustainable improvements aligned with client value drivers.
* Adaptable to moving and tight deadlines.
* Advanced health or life sciences degree (MD, PharmD, BPharm, MSc, BSc); healthcare work experience is a bonus but not essential.
