Our software saves customers hours each month, prevents costly VAT mistakes, and gives them full visibility over their numbers. Now we’re looking for a sharp, AI-savvy Marketing & Automation Assistant to join our team. If you’re the kind of person who loves turning rough ideas into slick, repeatable systems — and you're best friends with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, and Zapier — we want to hear from you. Tasks The Role This is not a passive assistant role. It’s a self-starter, build-things, figure-it-out role. We’ll hand you a project and you’ll run with it using AI tools, automation platforms, and a healthy dose of initiative. You’ll work closely with the CEO and our growth team, turning chaos into clarity and ideas into execution. Example Projects YouTube Mentions → Sales : Discover and document all YouTube videos that mention Link My Books, then build a process to engage creators and drive traffic or affiliate partnerships. App Store Optimisation : Monitor listing performance, A/B test copy, suggest improvements using GPT analysis and competitor benchmarks. Lifecycle Emails : Use AI to review and improve onboarding emails, identifying weak spots and suggesting copy tweaks or flow changes. Automations : Build time-saving automations in Zapier or Make to reduce repetitive tasks across marketing and support. Requirements You Might Be a Fit If You love figuring things out and building repeatable systems. You’re highly comfortable using ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier, Google Sheets, and similar tools. You understand the basics of SaaS marketing — especially around content, email, SEO, or customer journeys. You’re a clear communicator and can document what you’ve done so others can follow it.
