Team Manager – Children and Young People Disability Team Salary: £51,131 to £55,607 plus £7,000 market premia and £3,000 annual retention payment We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead our Children and Young People Disability Team. This is a key leadership role responsible for supporting social workers who work with disabled children, young people and their families. You will ensure the delivery of high quality assessments, plans and interventions that safeguard children and promote their wellbeing, independence and development.
