You'll join us on a permanent contract while completing a Level 2 Maritime Mechanical & Electrician Apprenticeship - gaining real world experience in a working boatyard and marina environment. As an apprentice, you'll learn on the job while being fully supported by experienced engineers and mentors. Your role will include: Completing a Level 2 Maritime Mechanical & Electrical Apprenticeship Assisting with the electrical maintenance of training equipment at Jupiter Point and HMTU, ensuring performance standards are met Helping to record and track equipment maintenance, supporting efficiency and cost reduction Following health, safety and environmental procedures at all times Providing support to Fast Inshore Attack Craft serials Supporting wider areas of the contract, including: Replenishment at Sea Trainer Safety Swimmer activities This is a practical, varied and outdoor role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and learning new skills.
