Learning Support Assistant - Primary School - Crawley
A supportive and inclusive primary school in Crawley is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September 2025, or sooner.
This role involves working closely with pupils who have additional needs, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential.
Responsibilities:
Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, particularly those with SEN
Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom support
Adapt materials and activities to suit individual learning needs
Requirements:
Experience working with children, ideally in a school or SEN setting
A patient, flexible, and caring approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
