Salary: £13.20 per hour weekday, £14.50 per hour weekends and after 6pm

About the Role
We are looking for caring, warm-hearted people to join our lovely and supportive team of carers in the Skipton area. If you have a genuine desire to help people live their happiest life and support their independence, we would love to hear from you.
Our clients range from those who are elderly and living with dementia to people with physical disabilities. You’ll provide essential care and companionship, making a real difference every day.
Shift Patterns, Part-time and Full-time:
Morning: 6:45am - 1:30pm
Evening: 3:30pm - 10:00pm
Alternative weekends required
Responsibilities
* Provide personalised care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring comfort and safety.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
* Offer companionship and emotional support.
* Monitor clients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes promptly.
* Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with families.
* Support clients with mobility and behaviour management in a respectful, compassionate way.
Desirable Qualities
* Previous experience in home care
* NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care
* Experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and hospice care
* Proficiency in medication administration and first aid
* Strong communication skills and a caring approach
* UK Driving Licence and own car
