Full-time equivalent: £28,224 per annum (Inclusive of £504 per annum, store specific location allowance) + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

Overview
Every day B&Q provides millions of customers with ideas, advice, tools and confidence to create a home they’ll love. As a Shift Lead you will be a key part of this, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities
* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations are running smoothly.
* Deploy colleagues correctly to “make every customer count” throughout the shift.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Ensure the store remains safe at all times.

* Have a global view and not be constrained to specific areas of the store.
* Be safety conscious with an eye for detail to spot compliance opportunities.
* Enjoy interacting with colleagues and working in a team.
